Return & Exchange Policy – Sapphire Online
At Sapphire Online, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure your satisfaction. If you encounter any issues with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery, but only if one of the following conditions applies:
You received a damaged, stained, defective, or incomplete product.
The size delivered does not match the size you ordered.
The parcel was delivered in an opened or unsealed condition.
You received the wrong product.
In such cases, please ensure:
The product is unused, in its original packaging, with labels and protective stickers intact.
You notify us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear images or a video as proof.
Once your claim is verified and approved, we’ll either schedule a pickup from your location or guide you to your nearest Sapphire Online outlet for an exchange.

Sale or discounted items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, even if the color is different than expected. These are considered final sale.
Slight variations in color or texture may occur due to screen settings or studio lighting. Returns/exchanges for such reasons will not be accepted.

Fragrances, cosmetics, and jewelry (due to product nature)

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within Pakistan.
