DELIVERY TIME

The estimated delivery time across Pakistan (after dispatch) is 2 to 4 working days for major cities. Deliveries to remote or outlying areas may take longer.

Note: Delivery timelines depend on product availability and confirmation of the order.

During sale events, both order processing and delivery may experience delays due to high order volume.

Important: For safety and to avoid delivery issues, we recommend having your orders delivered to your residential or office address. Deliveries made to courier offices or third-party locations are at your own risk. Sapphire is not liable for any loss or damage in such cases.


Cancellation Policy

Once an order is marked as “In Process,” it cannot be canceled.


Payment Method

Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is the only available payment method for orders placed within Pakistan.


Delivery Charges

A flat shipping fee of Rs. 199 applies to all orders delivered within Pakistan.


Track Your Order

After dispatch, you will receive an email or SMS containing your order’s tracking number.

You can use this number to track your order through the respective courier company's website mentioned in your dispatch message.
