Return & Exchange Policy – Sapphire Online

At Sapphire Online, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure your satisfaction. If you encounter any issues with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery, but only if one of the following conditions applies:

  • You received a damaged, stained, defective, or incomplete product.

  • The size delivered does not match the size you ordered.

  • The parcel was delivered in an opened or unsealed condition.

  • You received the wrong product.

In such cases, please ensure:

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, with labels and protective stickers intact.

  • You notify us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear images or a video as proof.

Once your claim is verified and approved, we’ll either schedule a pickup from your location or guide you to your nearest Sapphire Online outlet for an exchange.


⚠️ Please Note:

  • Sale or discounted items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, even if the color is different than expected. These are considered final sale.

  • Slight variations in color or texture may occur due to screen settings or studio lighting. Returns/exchanges for such reasons will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Products

  • Innerwear items (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Fragrances, cosmetics, and jewelry (due to product nature)


Payment Method

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within Pakistan.
